Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

1. All Products purchased from the Website shall be delivered to the User by standard courier services by aprspackaging.com on behalf of the respective Sellers through a logistics partner or by the Sellers themselves.On behalf of the Seller, a nominal fee may be charged on all cash on delivery (“COD”) orders. The COD charge can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.

2. The logistics partner supported by aprspackaging.com will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts the respective Seller reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

3. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:

  1. bad weather

  2. flight delays

  3. political disruptions

  4. other unforeseen circumstances

4. No deliveries of the Products shall be made outside the territorial boundaries of India.

5. In case a User purchases multiple Products in one transaction, the Seller(s) may deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to availability of stock with the relevant Sellers.

6. If a User wishes to get delivery to different addresses, then the User shall be required to purchase the Products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.

Exchange / Return / Cancellation

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange:

All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
To ensure your  NS  garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original  packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection

All exchange /return requests have to be initiated within 3 days of receipt of product. You have to email at support@aprspacksging.com from your registered email id to trigger the request.

It takes about  10-15 working days to complete your return/exchange request post your request has been triggered.
How does the return/exchange/Cancellation process work?

Once we receive your request on email from you, we'll give you a call and confirm the same.
Next, we will initiate the reverse pick-up to our courier partner, who will get in touch with you and request a convenient time and date for the pick-up. Please note, the pick-up should be made within 5 days of receipt of product. Any later pick-ups will not be considered for return/exchange.

Our courier person will arrive at your place to pick-up the product for exchange.

Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged and also having the original tags / packaging in place. Post that, we will send out the product requested by you for return / exchange. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

For exchange cases, we will call you back once the quality check is complete. We will agree on the item to be sent in exchange and update your account. Please note - the entire process in case of exchange, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product can take anywhere between 3-5 days, depending on the date of reverse pick up of the product.

For Cancellation of Order, If customers canceled the order and made the advance payment to the company, then all amount paid in advance is forfeited by company and not refundable in any case.
